Pay by debit card, cash or bank transfer when your cleaning is complete.

Included treatments

Antibacterial and deodorising treatments are included with our deep cleaning service. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to use them.

Cancellation notice

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. A £40 fee applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Optional Scotchgard protection

Scotchgard stain protection is available for suitable materials at an additional cost. Ask us to include it in your quote.

Can you remove every stain and odour from a mattress?

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the type and age of the stain, previous treatments, the mattress material and how deeply an odour has penetrated. We assess the mattress and explain what is realistically achievable before cleaning.

Which cleaning method will you use on my mattress?

We choose the method after checking the mattress material, care instructions and condition. Hot water extraction is used where suitable; some materials need a different approach. Let us know the mattress type when enquiring so we can explain the options and any limitations.
